You've got questions, we've got answers
White label services are offered at highly discounted rates with the understanding that we will be interfacing with you and your team on a production/fulfillment basis. In other words, we are working at your direction to help execute the strategy and vision you have developed alongside your clients. While we prefer you to lead client communication, in some cases, we may be able to meet with your clients if needed (such as for a strategy or reporting meeting, for example.)
You can consider us another member of your team! We are happy to participate in team meetings as needed, and to interface with your team as much or as little as you’d like. We’re even happy to be included in your project management system.
In general, you will be communicating with your Project Lead here at iHartContent via Slack to request tasks and receive updates. We are happy to loop in any additional team members as needed. If you have an existing project or task management system, you are welcome to add us and we will participate like any other member of your team. Please note that project management system integration is reserved for partners on a recurring package.
Absolutely! We will adjust to any existing process you have for scheduling social media content, blogs, or other items in your agency, and we will discuss your preferences on our kick-off call. We are familiar with most scheduling tools and content management systems, so we’ve very likely worked with yours, too!
Our preferred method of communication is via Slack and email. Messages received before 2:30pm Central Time will be answered the same day. Otherwise, we will get back to you within 1 business day. While that is our official policy, we often get back to you much, much faster. We ask that you do not text/call our team except in the case of an emergency. Calls may be scheduled as needed using our calendar links, which will be provided to you at your kick-off call.
This is one of the reasons we use a credit system instead of an hourly system. We will perform 2 rounds of edits at no additional charge. Should edits become extensive due to no fault of the content creation team, we will discuss an appropriate timeframe for additional edits. We also provide all graphic files through fully editable Canva template links that are yours to edit and change as needed.
Yes! This is one of the big perks of our white label services. As long as you are on a recurring package, you may use any of our services for your clients or yourself! In fact, we create content for about 75% of the agencies we work with.
